Venue: I Love Melkies in Melkbosstrand.

Directions:

  • Take R27 and Otto du Plessis Drive North
  • Follow R27 to Birkenhead Dr in Cape Farms
  • Continue on Birkenhead Dr. Drive to Beach Road in Melkbosstrand
  • At the T junction turn left
  • I Love Melkies will be on your left hand side

Wednesday 16 December 2026 from 6:00 at the Dragonfly Tri gazebo at I Love Melkies.

Late entries / walk-ins welcome on the day.

Anytime between 6:00 and 8:00

No Refunds or Substitutions without a FlexiPass Add-On.

FlexiPass Add-On:

  • 1 Substitution up to 12 noon the day before the event.
  • 100% refund of the entry fee until 12 noon 30 calendar days prior to the event.
  • 50% refund of the entry fee until 12 noon 7 calendar days prior to the event.
  • No refunds within 7 calendar days prior to the event date.

The FlexiPass Add-On must be selected on check-out when entering the event and cannot be added later.

There is a lucky draw every hour so you don’t have to stay all morning if you’ll be latte for work…

  • ASICS – will allow you to test run some shoes.
  • Calm Recovery Corner – will have recovery boots available so you recover after all the running and dancing.
